Where in Outlook are the emails that I have already read? RRS feed

    I have been using the Office 365 Outlook email for a while and just realized that I cannot find a folder that "stores" emails that I have read. These would be ones that I want to keep for a while for future reference. Can you point me in the right direction to get this feature. This is for a Apple computer, not Windows.

    Hi blakstarz,

    According to your description, do you mean you are using Outlook for Mac 2016 and cannot find the messages you have read? 

    As far as I know, Outlook will not automatically move or remove a message after you read it. In your situation, please try going to View > Filters, make sure the Unread is not checked:
