1455 and 8229 VSS errors I/O and network packets loss RRS feed

  • Hello,

    We encounter an issue when we launch altaro backup on hyperv cluster host :

    The backup operation for the cluster configuration data has been canceled due to an abort request

    Alert description: The backup operation for the cluster configuration data has been canceled. The cluster Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) writer received an abort request.

    Please find our server configuration :

    three hyper-v cluster nodes "Windows 2012 R2"

    iSCSI netapp storage.

    There are no netapp plugin on hyperv host and VMs

    please find below our VSS writers with error logs :

    Please understand that our forum is more focused on solving the problems caused by Microsoft's own backup tool WSB. For the problems caused by using third-party backup tools, we recommend that you contact the backup tool manufacturer for professional help.
