Snail like Windows 7 after install RRS feed

  • Question

  • First my specs: AMD Athlon (tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4400+ 2.30 GHz, 4 Gig Ram, 32-bit Windows home premium, 1 Tet hardrive. I am currently going to school and there is a web site put up my microsoft where students can download free versions of certain software(MSDN academic alliance). On the site I downloaded Windows 7. I did a clean install wiping everything out. Once I logged in (no errors), I clicked around to see what I could see. It took 45 seconds to open a folder(I timed it). When I tried to run programs, they wouldn't come up. I looked in the task manager and it said that whatever program I ran was running in the back round. I did this clean install 3 times now, then went back to vista. I would greatly appreciate any advise, help, and or solves. Thank you in advance.

Update your drivers for the motherboard and graphics, from the manufacturer’s website.
