After locking the session (window+L), unlock doesn’t work RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi all!

I am facing a strange problem in my domain environment. My domain controller is on windows server 2008 R2 SP1 and clients have windows 7. When my domain users lock their PCs by using window+L keys, they can not unlock the session by pressing crtl+alt+delete and giving password.

I am using another way around for this but that is not the solution. My users click on switch user then provide their login credentials and resume their session.

I need help to solve this issue. Please if someone can provide...

  • Hi,

When you lock your Windows 7, can’t you see the Unlock Computer dialog in display?

Maybe you can tell us more information about your issue, a screen picture should be better.
