Explorer.exe crashes problem

Hi,
When i have work on winodws 7 x32 SP1 windows explorer stops working anytime in between and system is not responding,this problem is not occuring continue manner.
Find the event report:-

theres an error for hal.dll in the crash dump file.
What you will need to do is find your windows 7 cd and do a repair on it.

The dmp file is not recognized by Nirsoft tool. Have you adapted it....?
I would try to go to previous stable configuration (restore point). Unfortunately you have not given any information that would help to resolve the problem.
If the previous does not help, try in-place upgrade.
