Unable To Connect TO PAS RRS feed

  • Hi everbody,

    1. when i try  to publish the book from Proclarity desktop professional to PAS.I am getting error  "Unable to Connect to http://localhost/PAS".


    2. I am unable to connect to Analysis server administartion tool


    the beolw details were available when i checked in event viewer

  • hi Everyone.

     Though its not a solution for above query.

    even thgough after lot of surfing and work around ,i was not able to fix the issue

    since it was very urgent to fix the issue,Desperately i have to format my Machine,
    again reinstalled , It worked later after reinstalling

  • Hi Praxy,

    What IIS authentication are you using for the PAS virtual directory?  Try setting it to Basic only and when prompted for credentials, enter your NT Domain\username and password.  Also, what happens when you navigate to http://<servername>/pas within an IE browser?

    Thanks for u r reply.

    1. when i try to connect http://<servername>/pas in IE there is no problem. I am able to open open

    2. But problem is when connecting Analysis services Administration Tool it triggering below  error
        server error
        client :invalid request


    3.
    when i run tthe prodiagnostic tool.exe  i found these stuffs in red
      

    ProgID not found:                   ROPE.Proxy

    File not found:
