How do i move the top of a (non-maximize-able) window off screen? RRS feed

  • How do i move the top of a (non-maximize-able) window off screen?

In windows vista, i could use my mouse to move most of the title bar off of the screen.  Doing this would allow me to view a minimized window, with a resolution of 1920x1080, on a 1920x1080 monitor as though it was maximized.  Is there a way to disable the new auto-align feature for the top of the window?
