Skype for Business STANDALONE Subcription Option 1 vs. 2, Integration with Existing On-Premises Domain and Exchange Server

Question
-
Hi,
I went to the Microsoft Skype for Business site here,
https://products.office.com/en-us/skype-for-business/online\
There are two plans shown Option 1 and Option 2. If I click on the link for "See plans and pricing", it takes me to a page with NON-STANDALONE features (who designs this?).
Can someone point me to a comparison chart for the STANDALONE NON-OFFICE 365 Skype for Business Subscription Options 1 at $2/mo and Option 2 at $5/mo?
Also if I have an existing on-premises domain, and on-premises Exchange Server, what is required to integrate the subscription version of Skype for Business Standalone Subscription, or is it even possible?
Thanks,
Michael

Hi Alice,
Thank you for this great information. It was great to see a side-by-side comparison. It did say that the integration between the SFB Online did not work with Exchange on-premises.
