    I am wanting to convert all my Word files to the Open XML format. I am attempting to use the subject tool to do so. However, when I attempt launch the OFFSCAN command line utility, after editing the INI, it states that the configuration file cannot be found. I have not changed any of the defaults (i.e. install to C:\OMPM) and the configuration file is most definitely there. Ideas?

    Hi Gar Sar,

    Based on your error message, did you have permission to access that folder?

    I suggest you try to use admin permission to acess that folder.

    How about change a custom folder to configure files?

    Please try these methods and check the result.
