Outlook Prompts for Authentication in Exchange 2010 and Exchange 2016 Hybrid Environment. RRS feed

  • A friend recently deployed a 2016 Exchange as part of existing Exchange 2010 organization. However, after migrating users  to the newly deployed Exchange 2016, the users experience continuous prompt for credential when launching Outlook.

    Anyone that can help with how to resolve this.

    Can you explain a bit more please? were the urls configured and the right settings like basic or ntlm set? was the ssl cert installed?
