  • Do 7/17/2014 14:24, 18:42 messages have same message id?

What does message tracking log say? Is it getting duplicated once reached to your server or its getting duplicates from sender's server?

  • No, they are have different message id.

it gets duplicated in the our exchange server. By the way, sender and recipient are in the same exchange with different domain name.

    Thank you.

  • Most often, Duplication will occur with Outlook and Exchange when the Outlook client does not finish a Full Sync. When the Outlook client tries again, it will start over.

  • Hi,

From your description, two duplicated messages have different message ID, the issue is related to Outlook side, not the server side. I recommend you create a new profile to check the result. What's more, please use Outlook safe mode to determine whether the issue is related to add-ins.

    Hope it helps.

  • The user received another duplicate email (different email from one posted here). His mailbox size is around 1 GB. When I test Send/Receive, I don't see any problems. His Outlook doesn't have any rules. Anti-virus software scans every day and doesn't report any virus. He doesn't use smartphone. What could be the problem?
