Can't Sign in to Skype for Bussiness RRS feed

  • Hi i am getting the following error when i login to the Skype  ,i have only one computer and i have not logged into any other computer but then why i am getting this error message 

    "please sign out at another location and try again .you have reached the maximum number of computers or device allowed "

    According to my experience, some users can still log on Skype for Business after clicking the “OK” button in the error message, please double check it.

    Please also check the time on all the Lync servers, sometimes it may be related to the time is not synced with DC.

    What is your environment?

    If your environment is on-premises, please check the CMS status on the server, make sure it is up-to-date.
