I can't start the age of empires II in windows 10

my Turkish is limited, I can only understand the error code: STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED
so has nothing to do with DirectX.
But looking at the screenshot: the directory is suspiciously empty.
There is no way that AOE is only one exe with 2.6MB.
I guess there was already a problem during the setup.

When this is the original release:
age of empires 2 wont play on windows 10
