Un-installing WSUS

Question
-
How can I check if WSUS is installed on Win Server 2012. I went to program & features and it's not listed as an installed program. Does this mean it has not been installed ? Or is there another place to look, if so, how do I un-install it ?

Hi artman51164,
As it is a Role, you simply need to go through the Server Manager to install a new role.
You can also install it with the executable downloaded from this link
Do not forget to read Lawrence's tutorial on how to uninstall WSUS, this might help in case of problem.

WSUS is a server role, so you won't find it in the program & features. You need to use the server manager to remove the role: Server Manager, click Manage, and then click Remove Roles and Features.

And to re-install do I have to use an install CD or just go through Server Manager..manage and add role again ?
