  • Hi,

Is Exchange and Lync deployed in same forest? is Exchange in O365?

Is Exchange and SIP Uri same?

Is your PC member of same forest?

Are using domain account to login to the PC?

  • Hi DushYant Parmar,

Glad to hear that you have solved the issue after install the KB3114502.

It is recommended to update Lync Server and Exchange Server to the latest version.

If you still meet the issue in the future, you can also try the follow steps:

If user’s sip address does not match SMTP address, it will be prompted for Exchange credential, so please check whether your sip address match your SMTP address.

You could also try to clear the client cache by deleting  the Lync User Profile and Registry Key.

    User profile:

    %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync\sip_UserName@Domain.com

    Registry Key:

    HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync\UserName@Domain.com

    Best regards
