Don't know why my experience index not working after I put a new RAM module in my desktop PC....it saying "The Windows Experience Index is not applicable while on Batteries" ...but it's working on AC power supply....please someone help me!!!!!

please open the file "C:\Windows\Performance\WinSAT\winsat.log" and look for errors. Which error do you see in the log file?

Please ensure BIOS and drivers are up-to-date. If possible, please update BIOS and chipset driver and check again.
