  • Hi Arragorn,

Could you please tell me the KB number of the updates so that we could perform test for you?

Before we know that, you could uninstall the update and block the update temporarily. You could refer the link below to know how to perform.

  • KB3133431, KB3132372 and KB3124263 were all installed on 13/01/2016.  these had previously been installed but I had a problem with IE and I rolled back to a previous version of windows. After the roll-back IE worked correctly but then when windows updated I was not able to access IE again

  • Hi Arragorn,

Thank you for your reply. I have researched and tested these updates for you.

For both of KB3133431 and KB3132372, it is a update for Adobe Flash Player in Internet Explorer and Edge.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3133431

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3132372

For KB3124263, it is a update for Windows 10 version 1511.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3124263

Based on our test, we would like to suggest you download the latest Adobe Flash Player version in its official website and install it for test.

If it doesn't work, you could try to disable the add-ons and reset Internet Explorer settings to check the issue.

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/manage-add-ons#ie=ie-11

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/reset-ie-settings#ie=ie-11

    Good luck to fix it.

    Best Regards,

    Simon
