Exchange MP 2013 - Few State Views are in Not monitored state. RRS feed

  • Question

  • After deploying latest exchange MP, Exchange IIS Application Pool and Mailbox Database Copy views are showing not monitored state. Is there anything I am missing here or I need to enable ?

FYI, IIS 7 and  IIS 8 Management Pack is already installed.

Note - I am using default SCOM Action account for this MP.

    MP Version - 15.0.668.20
    Exchange server 2016

  • Hi Sir,

Generally , "not monitored" means there is no unit monitor targeting to it .

I also found statement in the MP guide :

    "

    Exchange 2013 IIS Application Pool

The object of this class represents IIS Application Pool created by Microsoft Exchange. This management pack does not define any unit monitors for IIS Application Pools. IIS Application Pools are discovered for performance data collection purposes only.

    "

(Also , I didn't find any unit monitor targeting "Mailbox Copy")

    Best Regards,

    Elton
