  • Hi

    *We would like to configure a exchange 2007 sp2 server hosting the unified Messaging ,SCOM (on windows 2008 OS)

    *We would also like to configure exchange 2010 sp1, with no roles specified .

    What would be the minimum processor ,Memory , Hard disk  required for each of them .

  • Hi Kumar,

    It depends on your organization that how many users you want to run on the server, I am giving you standard specs, I hope this will help you.

    01. Exchange Server 2007 SP2, 4 GB for Application+OS, 5 MB per user depends how many users do you have, in processor specs xeon 2.0 Quad Core 2 Processor machine is the best for both Exchange 2007 & 2010.

    02. Exchange Server 2010, 6 GB for Application+OS, 10 MB per user depends how many users do you have.
