  • +121138 is on another pool B with call forward.

    If pool A call pool B with call forward , it will failed and show The routing rules did not result in a suitable final response.

    I'm using SEFAUtil.exe to do call forward.

  • Can you call that number directly from the Lync client? Is pool A user voice enabled? In the user's voice policy, in the control panel, what is call forwarding and sim ring PSTN usages set to?
