Pasting images from Firefox to Word creates multiples RRS feed

    I am using Word 2007 in XP.

    Since I reformatted my computer:
    When I select multiple images and text from a website (both Firefox 4 & IE 8), and paste it into word (or Excel), everything pastes fine, except that the 1st image is pasted instead of the 2nd or 3rd.
    Thus I get:
    image 1
    image 1 again (instead of image 2)
    image 1 again (instead of image 3)

    To select multiple images: I highlight them by clicking and holding,
    then I run the cursor over a selection of text and images.
    Then I hit control "C".
    Then I select a word document and hit control "V"

    I can paste from one word document to another with no problem, and I can paste from Firefox into a Gmail composition.
    Thus it is not a clipboard issue.

    It's the weirdest thing and I have scoured the net and am unable to find a solution.
    I figure it must be a setting in Office about "how to paste" but I cannot figure it out.

    Please help!

    Hi ScampOwl,

    Do you mean.. when you tried to paste image2 into word/excel, you will get image1 but if you paste to Gmail, you will get image2 ?

    Hi! I have exactly the same problem. For example, if I select and copy that web:

    http://i51.tinypic.com/1vfp0.jpg

     And I copy into Word 2007, the result is this:

    http://i55.tinypic.com/axkyf8.jpg

    The text is correct, but the pictures are the first one repeated. It happens with any kind of web, with Firefox and Explorer.

    Any idea?
