Did you mean this specific user could not have audio/video after he join meeting?
Have you configure this specific account on another PC to check if the issue persist?
To this issue, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot it:
- Configure his account on another PC to have a test
- Rebuild his Lync profile on this PC for this specific account
- If this issue occur to specific user on other PCs, please run the following command for working user and problematic user to compare their AD attributes if there are any differences: Get-CsUser
