Vista - Winzip does not add items to right-click menu RRS feed

    I've tried both Winzip and 7zip. I am the administrator of the computer. I've run the installers as administrator.
    I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still, I get no right-click menu items for Winzip or 7Zip.

    I haven't seen this problem in these forums. My tech is scratching his head. Anyone have any answers?

    Are you using the 64bit version of Vista?

     

    If so, older versions of Winzip do not support the right click context menu items. Make sure you have the latest release of Winzip.

     

    If this is the 32bit version, make sure you have the latest version of Winzip and try reinstalling.
