i tried to purchase a song and had to add a payment method. after i verified that my paypal account could be used, a screen came up "accessing itunes store" but it never went back to the store. i just purchased an hp with windows 7 and read a review that someone with the same computer had issues with using itunes. can anyone help me?

Hi Deana,

Please understand that this is an itunes related issue but not related to your computer or the operation system. Sometimes it is just caused by internet connection.

Meanwhile, try disable security programs including firewall and antivirus prorams to see the result. If issue still exists, I suggests you contact Apple for further information.
