Exchange 2007 BookinPolicy not working

Question

Hi
My Account is the only account that is listed under a room for bookinpolicy but it seems that everyone can still book the room. Any idea what could be going on here?

what do you have for allrequestin policy and allbookinpolicy?
Allbokinpolicy is trueand
Allrequestin polciy is false
Hi,
see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2005631:
AllBookInPolicy: This setting controls whether users can book the resource automatically if it is available. When the value is set to $True, this right is granted to everyone. When the value is set to $False, only users who are listed in the BookInPolicy parameter are granted permissions to this right. The default setting is $True.
So you need to add your user ID in this attribute instead of setting it up as True.
I would suggest you enable the AD account of this Resource mailbox and then set up the resource option in OWA. It will help avoid confusion.

Hi,
Please remove policy from oWA for this user and then move this mailbox in other databse store. Again turn on policy and then check it.
