SKYPE FOR BUSINESS 2016 - BY DEFAULT ITS ALWAYS STATUS AWAY RRS feed

  • Question

  • We are currently use Virtual Desktop Environment, and by default our all users appears as AWAY STATUS in SKYPE FOR BUSINESS 2016.

They need to change the status into available, im not sure why it always appeared as AWAY when they change it. automatically it will change again. but in the Physical PC its okay.

I hope you can help us on this issue.

Actually by default all of our users set to be away even they are using there computer. you can see in the screenshot that im using the pc but still the skype is still in AWAY status.

And also for the provided information by default its check also.

  • Hi,

Do you mean the presence of the users has all been changed to be "Away" by default?

But you cannot change it back to online in VM but it works on physical machine?

If so, would you please let me know how you modify it via policy or other methods?

Please let me know if I misunderstood.

    Kind regards,

    Calvin Liu
