I see the error message " The directory name is invalid" Error code: 4615186-1F701639-0000010B

Hello,
Try remove anything within the <WORKINGDIR> tag of the OSD-file (and update the package properly) or set a path which you are assured exists

Could it be that the target folder (is it in VFS?) for executable that is started via OSD's FILENAME has ACLs set so that normal users don't have read rights into it?

Have you checked the FILENAME tag is correctly mapped to the shortcut. If at all, it is configured with %CSIDL_PROGRAM_FILES% variables, try to change it to Q drive equivalents. Also have a look on PARAMETERS and WORKINGDIR tab.
What is the status in admin mode?
