Cannot use Windows Update or Server Manager / Error 800B0100

Hello,
Apparently after installing recent windows updates for my Server 2008 (64) I can no longer receive additional updates or run Server Manager. The error message keeps reporting back as: 0x800B0100
I download and ran the Readiness tool and had the following in the CheckSUR.log file:

Hi Jason,
Please download the fix.zip file from the following site. Extract it and copy the files to C:\Windows\servicing\Packages to replace the old files.
