One active speaker audio speaker during conference call RRS feed

  • Hi,

    My client report only one active speaker during conference call, it mean User A speak , User B can't speak at the same time. They need to wait util User A finished speak then User B can continue the speak. 

    Does it normal behavior ? Lync phone always have this behavior, but Sfb client I didn't hear this feedback.

    According to your description, I understand that you have issue with your IP phone.

    From Lync server side, based on my knowledge and research, there is no option to restrict it.

    For this issue, please test if other IP phone has the same issue .

    For your IP phone, please upgrade the firmware to the latest and test again.

    If the issue persists, we suggest you contact you IP phone vendor to check if there are any restrictions.
