Response group agent call forwarding to another agent RRS feed

  • I have the following scheme:

    SIP trunk àMediation server à Exchange2016 ( Auto attendant) à Response group àAgent

    Suppose we have a response group and an agent in it with call forwarding enabled to another user which already in group. When an incoming call comes in, would it ring the that agents but the call never rings to the forwarded agent.

    Can you please help me where I am wrong.
