Skype for Business Photo update in OWA

I am experiencing an issue changing adding or modifying a picture from Skype for Business. I click on the Edit or Remove picture from the Skype for Business options, it redirects to the following URL: https://XXXXca/ecp/PersonalSettings/EditAccount.aspx?rfr=olk&chgPhoto=1&exsvurl=1&realm=XXXX.ca however only the save or cancel buttons are available, you do not see your existing picture or the change picture button.

If I go into OWA and click on my Name, I see my picture and the change picture button is present and works as designed.

What could be causing this?

1. Update the photo to the user's AD attribute "thumbnailPhoto", Lync client will read this attribute.

2. If you use Exchange 2013, then you can update photo from OWA, then Lync will show the high-resolution photos.

Unfortunately it does not help... I am able to upload my photo directly from OWA however if I click on change picture from Skype for Business Inam redirect d to a different OWA page which does not allow me to browse to my picture...

The parameter we need to change is SetPhotoEnabled, which can be found in OwaVirtualDirectory or OwaMailboxPolicy.
