    Hi,

    i have 3 physical machines with windows server 2008 sp2 acting as primary, secondary and teritory DNS servers. Now I am trying to do In-Place upgrade for one of the DNS server with server 2008R2. In the second step after copying files while upgrading, gathering files and folders at 19% it is throwing an error and upgrade is stopped. ERROR is "setup cannot continue. restart the computer and restart setup. when prompted,try getting the latest updates".

    what should i do to resolve this error?

    Hello,

    This forum is to discuss issues with the Windows Server Technical Preview. As your issue pertains to Server 2008 and Server 2008 R2, you should be asking this question in one of those forums. Since you're trying to upgrade to 2008 R2, I'd start there.
