  • Hi,

    There are many reasons could cause the application crashed. For system level, we suggest you run the program as administrator and update your display and video driver in Device Manager to test the issue.

    If it still doesn't work, you need to reinstall the program to check. Pay attention to that you need to clear the file about the program under "AppData" before you reinstall it.

    Also, could you please help us to collet the app crash dump and upload it to us so that we can help you better?

    Try to enable app crash dump collection by copying following words into notepad, saving it as dump.reg and importing it:

    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error Reporting\localdumps\your App name]
    "DumpFolder"=hex(2):63,00,3a,00,5c,00,63,00,72,00,61,00,73,00,68,00,64,00,75,\
      00,6d,00,70,00,73,00,00,00
    "DumpCount"=dword:00000010
    "DumpType"=dword:00000001
    "CustomDumpFlags"=dword:00000000

    Then, open explorer to report the issue. If crash issue appeared, please find the crashdump file under c:\.

    In addition to that, since it is a 3rd party game, you could contact the game vendor for more compatibility help.

    Good luck to fix it.

    Best Regards

    Simon

  • Are you facing this issue in other games or applications?

    Try update Windows and Graphic card driver and restart your PC and try again.
