AppV 5 Client SP1 Unable to launch an application

Question
-
Hi,
I have a Google chrome sequenced application which works on two different environments but same package is not working in Test env.
Note: All environments has same AppV Client 5 with SP1 installed on them.
Please refer below screenshot, there is a cross mark on Google Chrome application. I could see the package is streamed 100% in power-shell and also a process running in the taskmgr but the application UI doesn't play on the screen.
Any suggestion?
Thx
Ro

Check if KB2984972 is installed, if so check HKLM\Software\Microsoft\AppV\Subsystem\ObjExclusions. Is TermSrvReadyEvent added? Most likely on place 93. If not add it (or remove KB2984972).
You are running a very old version of appv5.... Why not upgrade to at least SP3?Roy Essers

Thank you very much Roy :)))
As you Said it was indeed the security patch KB2984972. Registry fix solved the issue.

Is it recommended to upgrade to SP3?

Yes, lots of features are added since SP1. I would consider upgrading to 5.1 (latest version, which is also embedded in the latest Win10 Enterpise Anniversary release).
