Twice Now During Installation of 24 Computers Windows 10 Has Disrupted The Installation of Office 2016 (Paid For)

    Question

  • The problem occurs after Windows 10 installs the latest Windows 10 updates.  The first occurrence of difficulty produced deletion of all the Office applications from their respective directories.  The second occurrence produced a transition from "activated" to "not activated' in Office.  Many, many numbers had to be read over the phone to Microsoft to regain "activated" status.  This won't do.

  • Office 2016 isn't a default Win 10 application,its an add-on... To edit,try opening cmd,R.click on it,run as administrator,in cmd,type: services.msc  in msc,locate office,double click,set to manual run,exit,edit other

services..NET needs to be se to manual or auto run, this being its active in Win components, next, set

win installer & win modules to auto run.exit msc.Plus,Win IE & office 2016 need internet access, reset for this
