Is it possible to enable a group of users to see all of the tickets (SR and IR) created by that same group of users?
Now it's that a user can see only his own tickets but what we need is that a user can see tickets form other users on the HTML5 portal.

Hello,
As far as I know, this could not be achieved. Self Service Portal is for end user to view their own requests and activities.

For this you need a AD group with users and the [mygroups] token in the criteria of the view.
