  • Hi,

Did you mean that only one specific user had the issue, right?
Did that happen to specific network environment?

If this is the case, it may be a client issue or an account issue. You can try to rebuild use profile and install the latest update for your SFB client.
    %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync\sip_UserName@Domain.com

Please also try to sign in other computer check if there is the same issue.
    Check with another network environment.

  • Hi, I have the same issue with a user.

    -I repaired office

    - I deleted the following folders

    SIP_username located in \Appdata\Local\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Lync\

    Lync located in \Appdata\Roaming\Microsoft\Office\16.0\

    RSA located in \Appdata\Roaming\Microsoft\Crypto\

    Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT USER-> Software -> Microsoft->Office->16.0->Lync

    - I started Skype as admin

    - I did an ipconfig /flushdsn

    - I disabled the firewall and the antivirus

     - I tried a manual configuration of Skype by clicking settings>personal then advanced

    - I tried on different networks

after all these steps I still have the problem

But when I try to connect him on another computer it works.

I ran out of ideas on how to fix this on his own computer, can someone help me or suggest anything?

    Regards,
