The problematic application is Clinic Plus. The issue can be caused by confliction from other software programs. You may troubleshoot in Clean Boot Mode.

If the issue persists in Clean Boot Mode, I suspect that the program is not compatible with Windows 7. Please manually launch the program with Administrator privilege, also run in Windows XP compatible mode. If it does not work, contact the publisher of
the application for more information.
