Mouse scrolling problem

I use the Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 5000. I'm running the x86 version of Win7 V6.1 Build 7000. There is very little page movement when using the scroll wheel. I have gone into Mouse Properties and made every possible adjustment to no avail. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the Mouse software to no avail. Is there a fix for this?

when you say you uninstalled and re-installed the drivers are you using the newest drivers from here

Thanks for the reply, Sanginius. I can't believe how ignorant I am. I downloaded the Beta mouse and keyboard software and everything works great now. I had assumed the mouse and keyboard software would be the same for Win7. Of course, my assumption was incorrect.
It is the responsibility and duty of everyone to help the underprivileged and unfortunate among us.
