How do we spread 44hrs such as the distribution is 8h/day the first three days and 10 h/day the last two days?

• Question

• Hi,

How do we spread 44hrs such as the distribution is 8h/day the first three days and 10 h/day the last two days?

* Create one resource (max units = 100%)
* Create a task for a period of five working days, Effort driven and Fixed Duration
* Assign the resource to the task
=> Result (1): The Work of 40hrs was distributed at a rate 8h/day.

* Increase the Work with 4hrs

QUESTION: How do we spread 44hrs such as the distribution is 8h/day the first three days and 10 h/day the last two days?

• H. Fayol,

Go to the Resource Usage view and manually adjust the hours for the last two days. You do realize that the resource will be overallocated on those two days, right?
