But that would trigger for every users on normal log off too. I want something wherin if the system is left idle for specific number of min, then have that users log off and then reboot.
How about do it with a scheduled task and assign an Idle Condition? Select the option of "Start the task only if the computer is idel for:":

There is a third-party utility that may do what you're after. It's free for personal and commercial use.
Automatically reboot idle computers
I guess you could call it as a scheduled task or logon script. Let me know if that's an option for you.
