Exchange 2013 / Outlook 2013 - IRM / Adobe fail RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I recently configured an AD RMS cluster for a client and integrated it with Exchange 2013 IRM. All users can successfully connect to the AD RMS Server and the pre-canned Do Not Forward template is available. My client noticed however that users receiving a protected message can still "Save to PDF" with the Adbobe 11 plugin installed. Is this a bug, is it specifically not protected that way or does anyone have a fix to include the plug in from bypassing RMS protection?

    The Outlook clients are 2013. AD RMS is installed on 3 Windows 2012 R2 servers.

    Any insight would be appreciated.
