Unable to remove tasks from timesheets RRS feed

  • Hi,

    A client I am supporting does not have the ability to remove tasks from their timesheets and I am unable to do it as an administrator. I have even selected the adjust timesheet capability in the permissions and the remove task button remains greyed out. Is it possible that something is written into their code preventing the removal of tasks from timesheets? Or am I looking in the wrong spot? I would greatly appreciate any insight that anyone can provide.

  • If the task is set "Closed to Updates" by the schedule owner then in the individual timesheet the user cannot change, delete or submit anything for that task.

  • The task is not closed to updates and even administrative tasks cannot be removed from their timesheets, it is very odd. Thank you for your response.

  • Is the timesheet not submitted? Or in "waiting approval" status?
