  • Hi,

Please check your RDS VDI deployment, and make sure that RD Licensing Server has been activated, and appropriate RDS CALs are corrected installed. also, please make sure that RD Licensing Server has been assigned to your RDS Deployment:
Remote Desktop Services – DEPLOYMENT OVERVIEW – TASKS – Edit Deployment Properties – RD Licensing.

    Best Regards,
    Eve Wang

  • "one master image and 2 VDI of windows server 2016"

VDI is not supported for Windows Server 2016.  VDI is a desktop operating system technology.

As this is related to Citrix XenApp, you should be contacting Citrix for configuration information about their product.
