Exchange 2010 Waning when creating a new mailbox. RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

When setting up mailboxes we are getting this warning during the wizzard. We dont seem to have any replication problems beween domain controllers. These are existing users, but adding new mailboxes. Any thoughts please?

    Thanks

  • Just to Add we are running Exchange 2010 SP2 Rollup 2 on Server 2008 R2. Domain Controllers are Server 2008 R2 and the forest function level is Server 2008 R2.

  • there are some cmdlet extension agent defined for new-mailbox cmdlet.
If you look at this info. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd335067.aspx you see that agent with index 5 has some problem.

Do you have any problems with OAB in any way?

  • Can you open ADUC and connect specifically to this DC 'FP-DC-02.falinge.int' and see if the user exists there?

    'FP-DC-02.falinge.int'

The operation couldn't be performed because object 'blogsj' couldn't be found on 'FP-DC-02.falinge.int'..

  • Just sanity check the account is not disabled is it? Is it happening for all accounts? Are you not able to create any new mailbox from scratch or certain accounts?

  • Hi,

Please try to disable AdminAuditLog and then test the issue again.

Besides, I recommend you update your Exchange Server to the latest version

By the way, do you have OAB download related issue?
