Exchange 2013 consume High CPU after upgrade to Cu23

Hello all,
one of our exchange 2013 in DAG consume high CPU 99% after upgraded to CU23.
We try to find solutions many days still cannot fix, Can we re-install that exchange server that in DAG group? or downgrade?
Please kindly advise. thanks.

Hello.
Please check exception list in antivirus or Windows Defender.
Please check install all last windows server update, sometime for last CU you need install all last update for system.

You cannot downgrade as the previous version was uninstalled.
If you can produce evidence then log a call with Microsoft to advise.
What is consuming the CPU? Is it AV scanning or a certain process?
