From the description, you mean that the draft folder is not correctly saving the latest draft version, am I correct?
Which version of Outlook are you using? Please first make sure you have installed all available updates for your Outlook program.
Does this issue happen to all draft emails or just a certain one?
What if we try starting Outlook in safe mode? Will this issue continues in this situation? To start Outlook in safe mode, close Outlook first. Press Win key + R to open the Run command, type
outlook /safe and press Enter.
