    Is there a documentation on how to use the settings.xml file to change the colors in the SilverLight webpart?  What keys are available to change?

    To change the colors of the webpart:

    • Site Actions > Edit page. Now you are in design mode
    • Click on the WebPart and select WebPart Tools in the ribbon
    • Cick on Web Part Properties button. There are options regarding fonts an colors in the left menu

    Silverlight uses 8 digits for color codes, first 2 are for opacity and the last 6 are for the color code.  the following website converts the required color to hex code (6 digits)
