  • Hi,

Looking for policy where i can enable smart search in IE using GPO for my domain users.

So that when the users search for any images should  any nude or other pictures.

I was successfully implemented it for Chrome browser using  the adm files from google.

  • Hi,

that is implemented by the Search Provider...

and managed on the Providers' web site.

    You could use GPO to

    1. Disable all third party toolbars and browser helpers

    2. Disable cookies at the Search Providers web sites

so that users are not automatically logged in to the Search Providers sites... by default they will provide safe search to anonymous visitors. This does not stop users though from logging in with their search provider account and altering their search preferences.

InPrivate browsing automatically blocks cookies and runs without addons.... users have to manually logon to the Search Provider to access their search preferences.

    for public access networks

you use the built-in 'Guest' account in windows as the workstation windows account... Guest accounts have limited ability to change the web browser settings or to leave tracks.
