GPO internet explorer 10 missing RRS feed

  • Hi there,

    could some1 tell me how to get internet explorer 10 on this list? I am working on GPO and have to setup some IE settings, but IE10 is missing., its windows server 2008 R2

    GPM editor --> User Configuration --> preferences --> control panal settings --> internet settings --> right click new (only IE 5-8)

  • Hi dogoo,

    can you post back with a screen shot of your GPEdit.msc window showing the full path to the settings that you want to configure, and the version of IE installed on your server.

    does not exist....

    If you mean the IE Corporate settings node, then they have been depreciated for IE10 and higher. Any existing settings for say the Title bar text or a custom userAgent string, will not be applied to IE10 or higher.

    .... click on an item in GPedit to display its description. At the top of the description tab you should see the requirements (applies to versions of IE)
